In order to achieve even greater user interaction, but also to attract new audiences, we recommend organising a competition every three months approximately.
With a contest you can also collect data from participants (eg their email or mobile phone) so that you can follow up with them in the future with personalised promotional material (eg newsletters, SMS, etc.).
In this case, we create a Facebook App that links to the company’s Facebook page. In order to take part in the contest, the user answers some questions (optional) and leaves contact details (name, e-mail, etc.).
For a successful contest, Social Mind:
- creates thenFacebook App and determines the data we want to collect
- create all the graphics for the app and all the promotional pots
- creates, publishes and monitors the promotions on Facebook in order to attract more participants
- draws and informs the winner
- produces the report with the contests results
This application is extremely simple to use and does not require user approval (exit point for many users) as it does not use information from its profile.
